About this club

Most golfers reaching for a SIM2 head should be reaching for this one. The face is the same milled 9-1-1 titanium cup, and the crown and sole are again graphite composite, but the rear weight jumps to 24 grams of tungsten and that extra mass at the back is what buys the stability. It's cast into the Inertia Generator and cannot be shifted, so the head gets set up once and then left alone.

Loft opens at 9 degrees and tops out at 12, a 10.5 sitting between them, though only right-handers get that 12. The 4 degree sleeve gives room to fine-tune from there. Two stock shafts cover a wide band of swing speeds. Fujikura's Ventus Blue 5 comes in three flexes, senior up to stiff, for lighter and higher-launching builds, while the KuroKage Silver 60 runs regular through X for anyone who needs more weight under their hands. For the draw-biased version of the same head, the Max D is next door.
