About this club

For a woman who loses shots to the right, this is the SIM2 head worth trying first. The Max D moves its internal mass toward the heel, which encourages the face to arrive squarer at impact, and the weighting is set at the factory with nothing for you to shift afterwards. The striking surface is milled 9-1-1 titanium, held inside a composite crown and sole at a full 460cc.

Everything above the head is a women's spec. The Aldila NV Ladies 45 keeps total weight down and ladies flex is the only option, a 38 gram Lamkin Ladies Sonar sits on top of it, and the build measures 43.75 inches at C6. Lofts stop at two. Both are right-handed, one 12 degrees, the other 10.5, which pairs a high-launching head with a light shaft for players who need help getting the ball up. If the ball flight is already straight, the plain Max women's build is the better fit.
