About this club

Lofts climb 19, 22 and 25 before topping out at 28 and 31 degrees, deep enough to take over irons most golfers have quietly given up on. There was no standard SIM rescue in 2020, so the Max line is all of it. The head is a cast 450 stainless shell carrying a C300 maraging steel face, entirely metal, with none of the carbon that defines the drivers and fairways sitting above it in a bag.

Shafts lighten as loft climbs, Ventus Blue at 76 grams in stiff, 66 in regular and 56 in senior, so the short end of the ladder is genuinely easier to swing. A Lamkin Crossline 360 finishes each build. No sleeve is fitted and the sole weighting does not move. Left-handers are covered as far as 25 degrees; the last two heads are right-hand only.
