About this club

Most golfers in this family belong on this head. The Max keeps SIM's 460cc shell and its 6-4 titanium striking plate on a 9-1-1 titanium chassis, but its weighting is fixed in place, and that trade buys a steadier, more forgiving club for anyone not planning to move a weight around. Composite wraps both crown and sole here too.

Loft spans 9 through 12 degrees across three heads, the largest right-hand only, and a two degree sleeve shifts things from there. Stock shafts split cleanly by player. Ventus Blue 6 runs regular to X flex for stronger swings, Ventus Red 5 covers senior to stiff in a lighter, higher-launching build. Slicers should try the Max D, which takes this same head and pulls its mass toward the heel.
