About this club

Hogan's answer to the blade problem: PTx Pro heads in the 4 through 7 irons, Icon muscle backs from the 8 down. Long irons keep the three piece forged construction and the tungsten hidden inside, so they still get airborne, while the scoring clubs go to a single piece of forged steel with nothing between hand and strike. The handover lands exactly where most players stop needing the help.

Stock is a seven club run beginning at the 4 iron, and the 7 holds the family's 34 degree loft so nothing jumps in the gapping at the transition. Hogan build the set once it is ordered, deciding shaft and grip at the point of sale, in flexes anywhere between ladies and X-stiff, right handed throughout. Anyone who wants one construction from top to bottom can take either parent set on its own.
