About this club

Low Spin Technology is what those initials stand for, and the LST is the tighter, more demanding of Hogan's two PTx drivers. Four pieces make up the head: a variable thickness titanium face, a carbon fiber crown, the body, and a Speed Slot behind the face. Spin comes down and the flight tends to flatten out, which suits a player already generating plenty of height on his own.

The loft card is two deep, a 9 degree head and a 10.5, both fitted with the proprietary sleeve that opens up two degrees of loft and lie adjustment. Worth knowing that this sleeve will not fit a GS53 or GS53 MAX, so an older Hogan shaft does not carry across generations. Assembly happens to order, every flex from ladies to X-stiff, and no left handed head is made. Golfers who need help holding the face square through impact are better served by the MAX head.
