Ping Scottsdale Oslo 3 Putter

A slant neck on a mallet gives the Oslo 3 slight toe hang, which is rare in a head this size and the reason it exists. Most mallets are face-balanced and lock out a golfer with any arc at all. Cast, Pebax insert, black nickel, four builds spanning 33 to 36 inches, both hands.

Slight is the gentlest of the hang settings and probably the most widely applicable. It permits a small arc without insisting on one, so a golfer who is genuinely unsure will get on better here than at either extreme. The Craz-E and DS72 are the face-balanced mallets in this range, while the Prime Tyne 4 is the strong one. Oslo 3 is the middle position.
