About this club

Craz-E has been in and out of Ping's range for years and this is the current cast version. A double bend shaft leaves it face-balanced, the head is a full mallet, and a Pebax insert handles the strike. Black nickel, four lengths, built in both hands.

Face-balanced mallets are the default recommendation in most shops and they fit fewer golfers than that implies. The test is quick enough, since balancing your current putter across a finger and watching the toe tells you within a second which of the two categories you belong in. If it points at the sky, this is your category. Should it drop, look at the Oslo 3 or the Prime Tyne 4 instead. A counterbalanced Craz-E exists at 37.75 inches.
