About this club

Counterbalanced only, at 37.75 inches, with a 17 inch grip. The Craz-E CB takes one of Ping's older mallet shapes and builds it exclusively as a counterbalanced club, face-balanced behind a double bend shaft that leaves no rotation in the head at all. Cast, Pebax insert, black nickel, both hands.

Extra weight above the hands changes the rhythm of a stroke more than most golfers expect. It slows the takeaway and makes deceleration harder, which is the single most common fault in short putting. Whether that helps you is not a question a spec sheet can answer. A standard Craz-E covers 33 to 36 inches for anyone who wants the shape without the length, and it is the easier place to start.
