Ping G440 LST Fairway Wood

Here is the surprise in Ping's 2025 fairways: the LST, normally the compact one, arrives at 190cc, twenty-one cubic centimetres larger than the G430 LST it follows. Two lofts are offered, 15 and 19 degrees, on a titanium face in multi-material construction.

Six stock shafts is the same depth the MAX and SFT get, which for a low-spin model is generous, running light through X-stiff. The weighting is fixed; the hosel isn't. What the numbers describe is a low-spin fairway that no longer asks you to give up size to get it, and the 19 degree option means it can hold down a 5-wood slot rather than living only on the tee.
