Tommy Armour's Women's 845-MAX Driver is the plainest club in the 845 range, a women's-specific build with very little to configure. The head is multi-material, a construction choice that puts forgiveness ahead of workability, so contact away from centre stays closer to the target line than the strike really deserves. There's no long menu of options to work through before you can play it.

Its stock grip, the Lamkin Crossline 360, is the same one fitted across the rest of this range, which keeps the feel in your hands consistent from driver down to wedge. Alongside it in the range sits the 2020 Women's 845 driver, a 460cc head at 12 degrees with a hosel you can adjust, and that's the one worth choosing if you want to tune launch and lie later. The MAX asks for none of that.
