About this club

Fifteen, 18 and 21 degrees is a deep enough range to build a whole top end out of, and the 21 in particular does a job most golfers underrate. It covers the yardage where a 5-wood has run out and a hybrid hasn't got going. Weight sits low and back in the sole. Nothing shifts it.

The hosel is bonded and the sole weight cast in place, so the only real decision is which of the three to carry. All of them run the same light graphite shaft across three flexes, with a Lamkin grip fitted. Left-handed builds exist, though they thin out as the lofts get longer. Set it beside the older 845-MAX fairway and this is the lighter, plainer club of the pair.
