TaylorMade Qi35 Max Rescue

Five lofts stretch from 20 degrees out to 35, which is further into iron-replacement territory than the standard Qi35 rescue goes. Deliberately so. A golfer who has quietly given up on a 5-iron, then a 6, has somewhere to land here, and the 109cc head is a little larger than the standard rescue's to make that landing easier.

There's no adjustable hosel, and that's a decision, not an omission. Instead, TaylorMade spent the weight a sleeve would have cost on the head, which is the right call for a club fitted on loft gaps instead of face angle. Under the same Z-Grip as the rest of the family, Air Speeder covers senior, regular and stiff. Left-handers should note the 31 and 35 degree heads are right-hand only.
