About this club

Four heads run 23, 27, 31 and 35 degrees, which is a long ladder for a rescue and a deliberate one: this is a club built to replace irons, not to supplement fairway woods. Sitting where a 7-iron would, the 35 degree head in particular will be struck better by plenty of golfers than the club it stands in for. All four are right-handed, on a 109cc head with a 450 stainless face under a carbon crown.

No sleeve here. The hosel is bonded across the range, which keeps weight in the head where it does more good, and suits a club fitted on distance gaps anyway. For shaft and grip the light brief holds: AirSpeeder 40, and a Lamkin ST Soft at 40 grams. If long irons have stopped earning their place in the bag, this is the straightforward replacement.
