About this club

T in Takomo's naming means a tighter head, and the 101T is the multi-material one in the original 101 family. A 450 stainless face sits in a hollow build, and the 7-iron is 32 degrees, which is weak for a players-distance label and unusually so next to the 30 degree standard 101. Sets are 4-PW in both hands with KBS Tour or Tour Lite and a Lamkin Crossline grip.

Reading that loft correctly matters. Takomo has built a distance construction and then declined to jack the lofts to match, so the ball speed shows up as height rather than as a longer number on a launch monitor. Golfers who already fly the ball far enough will find that a sensible trade. Anyone chasing yardage should look at the 101 MKII.
