About this club

Carbon steel where the rest of the line uses stainless, and a patina finish no other PLD Milled head offers: the DZB is the one built to age. Because carbon reacts, the surface darkens and mottles with use, and Ping leans into that with diamond-pattern sole milling, mint lettering and retro Redwood City branding. Under all of it sits a plumber's neck and slight-arc hang, which is to say an Anser.

Carbon is softer. That's the practical reason to pick it over stainless, and the rest is taste. Beyond the head this is a special edition throughout: a genuine leather Legacy grip, an Eye Q alignment pill, a matching headcover. The length menu is the usual one, 33 inches up to 36, in both hands.
