About this club

Ping's HL recipe is consistent: keep the head, lighten everything attached to it. Here the head is the 2023 MAX, 460cc and multi-material with its forged T9S+ face, the adjustments all still in place, the lofts untouched: 9, 10.5, 12. The assembly is the light part, Alta Quick shafts in the two lightest weights, one light flex, a Lite-series Lamkin grip. Nothing exotic, just lighter.

Speed decides this one, nothing else about you matters. When the standard MAX's shaft card starts heavier than comfortable, the HL exists so the fitting doesn't dead-end. Both dexterities are on the order form, and the three-loft spread means slower swings still get to pick a launch window.
