About this club

Draw bias and the largest projected footprint Honma has put behind a golf ball: that is the Max in a line. It keeps the 460cc volume of the standard TW767 but moves what is inside, thinning the middle of the head so surplus mass can sit at the back, where the combined MOI passes 10K. None of that weight is adjustable. The bias is cast in, which is either the point or the problem depending on your miss.

Where it opens up is loft. A 12 degree head joins the 9 and 10.5, and no other driver in this family climbs that high, so a slice paired with a low flight finally has somewhere to go. The sleeve still turns without the shaft coming off, and it sets face angle as well as loft. Face is ZAT-158Ti, shafts are the same Vizard menu in regular or stiff, and it comes right-handed only.
