About this club

Stingray is Cobra's face-balanced MIM mallet with the widest length range, covering 33, 34 and 35 inches in both hands. The head is metal injection moulded around a Pebax insert with LA Golf's descending loft face, finished in natural stainless, and the shaft comes in as a single bend. There's no toe hang.

Getting a 33 inch build in a face-balanced mallet is genuinely useful for shorter golfers, who are otherwise pushed into cutting a 34 down and changing its balance. Face-balanced means straight back and straight through, so the stroke question is answered before you pick up the club. A Stingray-20 exists with a plumber's neck and slight hang. Between them they cover most of the middle of the market.
