About this club

The Nova is a face-balanced MIM mallet in Cobra's natural stainless finish, made in both hands at 34 and 35 inches. Single bend shaft, no toe hang, a Pebax insert with descending loft milling behind it. Metal injection moulding sits between casting and milling for precision, which is what the MIM name refers to.

Nova and Nova-30 are the same head with different necks, and that pairing repeats across this range. This one wants a square stroke. Its sibling slants the neck for thirty degrees of hang and moves to a satin finish, so the two are separated by more than geometry alone. Work out which stroke you own before comparing anything else. It narrows the range by half in one step.
