About this club

Camino is one of Cobra's satin finished MIM mallets and it comes in both hands, which not all of them do. The head is metal injection moulded with a Pebax insert built to LA Golf's descending loft pattern, and a single bend shaft leaves no hang at the toe. Two lengths, 34 and 35 inches.

Descending loft is worth understanding before dismissing it as marketing. The idea is that loft decreases from the bottom of the face upward, so a strike low on the face gets more lift and one high on it gets less, which evens out the roll. Feeling it is another question entirely. Face-balanced geometry means the stroke decision is straightforward. The Nova-30 and Stingray-20 cover the arcing strokes in this range.
