About this club

Three hybrids, at 22, 25 and 28 degrees, all of them weaker than the men's Royal Edition equivalents. That is the design brief for a slower swing, where extra loft buys the height that clubhead speed cannot. The biggest of the three measures 119cc, compact enough to slide through rough without dragging.

The 28 degree head is where this family earns its place. It sits about where a 6 or 7 iron would in most bags, and for a golfer who has stopped enjoying those clubs it is a straight swap. One flex on the SP-1300KL, right-handed builds, and no adjustability of any kind. The fairway woods in this women's line finish at 23 degrees, so these pick up cleanly from there.
