Wilson Staff Model CB Irons

Staff Model CB is the cavity back that sits between Wilson's blade and its distance iron, and it holds the blade's 34 degree 7-iron exactly. Forged 8620 carbon steel, 4-PW, both hands, with True Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 115 as the stock shaft in regular or stiff. The grip is a Golf Pride Z-Grip.

Sharing a loft with the blade makes blending across the two trivial, which is how a lot of good players build a bag. Take cavity backs down to the 7 and blades below it, or the reverse if the long irons are the problem. The XB above strengthens to 32 degrees in a players-distance profile. All three are forged from the same alloy, so the feel stays consistent wherever the split falls and nothing in the set announces itself as different.
