Four heads, 23, 26, 28 and 31 degrees, and that 26 does not appear anywhere on the men's card. The ladder is spaced for someone replacing several long irons at once, not plugging a single gap. Every build is right-handed.

Carbon up top and stainless below keeps mass low in the head, enough to make lofts in the mid twenties playable from turf. Bonding runs through every hosel. An Ascent Ladies 45 in ladies flex, plus a 38 gram Sonar grip from Lamkin, make up the lightest rescue build TaylorMade offered that season. If the long end of an iron set has become guesswork, four heads spaced like these turn it back into arithmetic.
