TaylorMade Stealth Plus Fairway Wood

A titanium face on a fairway wood is unusual, and ZATECH is unusual even among titanium alloys. That is what sits behind the ball on the Plus, over a titanium body carrying an 80 gram steel sole plate. The plate is structural, not adjustable, and it drops the centre of gravity hard and low.

Three lofts, and the lowest is the interesting one: a 13.5 degree Rocket 3, right-handed only, sitting under anything most golfers would call a 3-wood. The 15 and 19 degree heads come in both hands. A 4 degree sleeve makes this the only adjustable fairway of the generation, and the stock HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX arrives at 70 grams with no senior flex offered. Head size is 175cc, compact by the standards of the family.
