TaylorMade builds this counterbalance in two stock lengths and puts a different grip on each. The 36 inch version ships with an elongated SuperStroke of around 13.75 inches, and the 38 inch version goes to roughly 17 inches, so the amount of counterbalancing scales with the length rather than staying fixed. That's more thoughtful than most ranges manage.

Graphite carries the load underneath, a KBS GPS custom shaft at 155 grams, matching the shorter ZT counterbalance build. The head is the larger Max shape with a double bend hosel, in black or gunmetal, right hand only. Length and grip travel together. If a fitter has pointed you at the 38 inch build, the longer grip comes with it by design rather than by accident, and you'd undo the balance TaylorMade set by swapping either one on its own.
