About this club

Middle rung of the GAPR ladder, with a head roughly a quarter bigger than the Lo's that still refuses to read as a hybrid at address. That extra size buys forgiveness on strikes low in the face while the top line stays thin enough for a good player to enjoy. An 18 degree 3, a 21 degree 4 and a 24 degree 5 make up the range, each a notch weaker than the matching Lo head, which drops the Mid into the slot a 3 or 4 iron used to hold.

C300 steel across the face, 450 stainless behind it, cast. In the hosel there's a loft sleeve, so gapping can be tuned after the fitting. Stock shafting is the KBS Hybrid 80 for stiff players and the 70 for regular, and left-handed builds run at the 18 and the 21. Take the Lo for a flatter, more workable flight, or the Hi when height is the thing you're short of.
