HL in the ZXiR range means a 32.5 degree 7-iron, four degrees weaker than the standard ZXiR alongside it. Srixon casts the head from i-ALLOY, its own softer alloy, and offers KBS 80HL in steel plus KBS MAX at 55 and 50 grams in graphite. Six clubs, 5-PW. Both hands, senior through stiff.

That much loft in a super game improvement set is a real commitment to launch. It costs distance on paper and buys back a steeper landing angle, which is the trade that actually holds greens for slower swings. The standard ZXiR sits at 28.5 degrees with a 4-PW run for golfers who don't have that problem. A women's version of this HL build exists in ladies flex.
