About this club

Everything about the women's ZXiR HL is aimed at launch. The 7-iron is 32.5 degrees, four degrees weaker than the women's ZXi4, and the shaft is a KBS MAX 45 in ladies flex, which is about as light as graphite gets. Srixon casts the head from its i-ALLOY, a softer material than the stainless most sets in this category use, and Lamkin's ST Soft Women's grip finishes it. Six clubs, 5-PW, both hands.

Weak lofts are the honest answer to slow ball speed. A 32.5 degree 7-iron will land steeply and stop, where a stronger set would run through the back of the green. Nothing here is trying to be long. It's trying to be usable, which is a better goal for most of the people buying it.
