About this club

Sixteen degrees, and no second option. PXG built the Wildcat around a single high-lofted head, then left it alone: the hosel doesn't turn and the weighting doesn't move. What you tee up is what you play. Underneath the loft it's still a 460cc multi-material head, titanium at the face, so the footprint and the material story of a full driver are both there.

Three flexes, senior through stiff, sit under a pair of 50 gram Project X shafts, the Cypher 2.0 and the Denali Blue, sold right- or left-handed. That package points at a golfer losing height rather than distance, and one with no appetite for a wrench. Sixteen degrees will be too much for some players, which is a launch monitor question more than a spec sheet one. For the same head in a lighter build, the women's Wildcat sits beside it with a 40 gram shaft in ladies flex.
