PXG GEN 8 0311XP Irons

XP is where PXG's GEN 8 range gets aggressive, with a 27 degree 7-iron and a game improvement head to carry it. Construction is multi-material over a maraging steel face. True Temper Dynamic Gold 95 is the stock steel and Mitsubishi MMT 70 the graphite, in regular or stiff only, with PXG's ICON Black as the grip. Sets are 4-PW in either hand.

Two flexes is a narrow menu for a set aimed this broadly. Anyone outside that band is into custom territory, which PXG handles routinely but which does slow the buying process down. Against the 0311P at 30 degrees and the T at 32, the XP is three and five degrees stronger respectively. Plan the wedges before the set arrives.
