PXG 0317 CB Irons

The 0317 range is PXG's answer to golfers who found the 0311 line too much club. CB is the cavity back among the three, forged from 8620 carbon steel with a 33 degree 7-iron and a 4-PW run in either hand. True Temper's Elevate Tour V2 covers steel and Mitsubishi's MMT 80 covers graphite, in a flex menu that stretches from ladies all the way up to X-stiff, which is wider than most players irons bother with. The grip is PXG's own Z5 in black.

Three 0317 models make a tight ladder. ST shares this loft in a different shape, while the T strengthens marginally to 32 degrees on a maraging steel face and a multi-material build. None of them is a distance iron. If you want a forged players cavity from PXG, the CB is the straightforward version.
