Forged from S20C soft carbon steel with a 7 gram tungsten weight tucked into the toe of the 4 through 8 irons, and nothing added below that: the Vx is the middle of Honma's 2022 irons and the one that asks the least of the three. Its seven iron measures 30 degree, sitting between the P above it and the B below. That spacing is no accident. Honma built the trio to span a wide range of player and let loft do most of the separating.
