Honma TW757 Type-D Plus Driver

Honma came back to the TW757 drivers seven months after launch and added a third, and the Plus is the one that stops pretending you might want to fiddle. A single 9 gram tungsten weight sits at the rear of the sole and actually protrudes from it, pushed as far back as the shape allows, and it is fixed there for good. The body is Ti811 with carbon across part of the sole, so the carbon works underneath and not on the crown. Face material stays 6-4 titanium.

Head size lands at 455cc, between its two stablemates, and it comes in the same two lofts they do, on the same non-rotating hosel. The shaft is a lighter Vizard for TW757 45, stiff off the shelf and regular to order. Both earlier heads let you move weight around; this one made the decision for you and put it further back than either. Right-handed only.
