Cleveland HB SOFT 2 Putter – Model 8S

Blade, slant neck, moderate hang, chrome. The 8S is the most conventional putter Cleveland builds in this range and there is nothing wrong with that. Cast from 304 stainless with no face insert, fitted with a pistol grip, offered at 34 and 35 inches in right hand only.

Bare cast stainless is firmer off the face than an insert and reports more clearly on where contact happened, which is what most golfers who choose a blade are after. The hang matches the shape, so the whole club pulls one direction. Model 1 is the family's other blade, wearing a plumber's neck at the same moderate rating. Between them the difference is how the hosel looks.
