Callaway Women's Quantum Max Fast Irons

Max Fast is Callaway's lightweight iron, and the women's Quantum version is built entirely around a 40 gram Mitsubishi Eldio White/Silver shaft in ladies flex. The 7-iron is 28 degrees, which is on the strong side for a game improvement iron and a full degree stronger than the women's Max OS, so distance is part of the pitch as well as ease. A stock set is seven clubs, right-handed only.

For golfers who want more height without giving up the light build, Callaway builds a custom HL specification two degrees weaker across the set. That's a useful escape hatch. A bigger head, weaker lofts and a left-handed option all belong to the women's Max OS, and that's where a golfer with contact problems should start. This one is for a player who hits it reasonably well and simply wants the club to feel lighter than the one in the bag now.
