One shaft, one weighting, three lofts. The Quantum Max D stocks a single Denali Frost Silver 60 in senior through X-stiff, fixes its mass at the factory, and offers 9, 10.5 and 12 degree heads with hosel adjustment on the 460cc multi-material frame. Both dexterities are made.

The pared-down setup is deliberate, the low-decision route into the 2026 line. With the weighting settled in the design and one proven shaft profile across every flex, choosing a Max D is mostly choosing a loft, and the hosel handles the fine print afterward. Golfers who want to experiment with mass positions or shaft weights will be happier on the standard Quantum Max instead.
