Seven lofts on a 160cc head make the women's Quantum Max the most complete fairway in Callaway's 2026 women's range: 15, 16.5, 18, 20, 21, 24 and 27 degrees, from a driving 3-wood to an 11-wood that replaces a mid iron. An adjustable hosel comes on the three lowest lofts. Above that the necks are glued, and no weight on any of them moves.

Ladies flex on Mitsubishi's Eldio White/Silver 40 is the stock build, with left-handed heads offered in the 3, 5 and 7-wood. Anyone after a bigger 190cc head across a tighter four-loft menu has the women's Max D, and the Max Fast trims the line to four lofts on a 170cc body. The men's Quantum Max shares this head with heavier shafts. Start here, and move to a sibling only if head size or shaft weight argues for it.
