Callaway Quantum Max OS Irons

OS means oversize, and the Quantum Max OS carries the largest head in Callaway's 2026 iron range. The 7-iron is 29 degrees, matching standard Quantum Max, so the extra forgiveness comes from footprint rather than loft. Shaft support is unusually broad for a set like this: True Temper Elevate 85 in steel, plus Project X Denali Frost Silver at 60 and 70 grams, Mitsubishi Chemical's Vanquish 50 and an Eldio 40 gram women's option in graphite. Sets are 5-PW in both hands, senior through stiff.

Three Quantum models make the choice a bit fiddly. If mishits are the problem, OS is the answer, since the head is simply bigger. Max Fast is lighter and stronger lofted at 28 degrees, while standard Max keeps a more compact shape at the same 29. Head first, shaft second.
