Widening the BB1 body is the whole idea here, and the BB8 Wide carries more material toward the back of the head while holding the same weight and the same plumber's neck as its sibling. What you get is a blade that frames the ball generously at address without becoming a mallet, and half a toe hang that still asks for an arcing stroke. Face milling and finish carry over from the wider 2026 range.

Left handers are looked after on this model. Since the head is milled from billet with fixed geometry, a fitting comes down to build length and the Lamkin that goes on it. Golfers on an arc who want more visual help than the BB1 offers should look at this before anything else in the family.
