About this club

Wilson's DYNAPWR Forged is the players-distance member of the family and the only forged one. The head is 8620 carbon steel, the 7-iron is 30.5 degrees, and the set runs from the 5-iron through a matched gap wedge, seven clubs, in both hands. Both steel and graphite are offered, in regular or stiff, with Lamkin's Crossline 360 Black as the grip.

Two flexes is narrow for a set aimed at this part of the market. Everything else about it reads generously, from the included gap wedge to the left-handed availability. The standard DYNAPWR sits two and a half degrees stronger at 28 in a cast head, so the forged version is the softer and more controllable of the pair. Wilson gets too little credit here.
