Tour Edge gives the women's Max wedge a full six loft range, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60 degrees, each of them set at 12 degrees of bounce. That is a lot of bounce, and for the player this is aimed at it is the right amount, because a shallow sweeping strike and a soft lie are the two conditions where a low bounce sole digs in and stalls.

Behind the face sits a VIBRCOR insert that quietens the feel on partial shots, and integrated toe weighting spreads the sweet spot up the face where thin strikes tend to land. Grooves are milled. Ladies flex graphite from Aldila is the catalogued shaft, with a reduced size Lamkin grip. Left hand reaches only the 52, 56 and 60 degree lofts, which are the three most golfers carry anyway.
