Tour Edge Hot Launch Max Fairway Wood

Three heads make up the Max fairway range, a 15 degree three wood, a 19 degree five and a 22 degree seven, and they shrink as loft climbs, topping out at 175cc. Smaller heads sit lower. That explains why the seven wood is the easiest of the trio to hit off a tight lie, and it is why plenty of golfers end up carrying the higher lofted pair and skipping the three altogether.

Face angle is square throughout and lie changes with the model, from 57 degrees in the three wood up to 60 in the seven. There is no hosel sleeve. Three Ascent graphite flexes are catalogued, senior through to stiff, and Tour Edge lists this one for right handers only. The draw biased Max D fairway is the alternative if the ball leaks right.
