A putter an inch too long pushes the hands out and the eyes inside the ball, which is the quiet cause of a great many pulled short putts. Length isn't a detail.

The head itself is unchanged, a face-balanced mid-mallet hanging off a double-bend neck so the stroke can travel straight. Golfers who need 34 or 35 inches will find that identical shape in the standard New Haven. If you set up comfortably at 33, this is just the right build, and there's no sense in buying length and then choking down to undo it.
