About this club

OC brings the onset hosel to the Studio Style Fastback, which turns a mid-mallet that normally hangs into a face-balanced one. The build changes with it, moving to a KBS collaboration shaft and a Custom Matador grip in place of the Stepless Steel and Full Contact Slim used elsewhere. Milled 303 stainless, satin, right hand only.

Onset is the more interesting half of that. Putting the shaft ahead of the face rather than behind it removes toe hang entirely and gives the golfer a head that resists rotation without needing a huge footprint. For a straight stroke in a compact shape, there are not many alternatives. The plain Fastback and Fastback 2 cover the arcing strokes on the same head.
