Onset geometry turns the Phantom 5 into a face-balanced putter, and the OC badge is how Titleist marks it. The head is a milled 303 stainless mid-mallet with a full-face Studio Carbon Steel insert, chain-link milled, and it comes on a KBS collaboration shaft with a Matador grip.
