Titleist Scotty Cameron Phantom 5.2 Putter

Point two is a plumber's neck in Scotty Cameron's shorthand, and on the Phantom 5 it produces moderate toe hang. This is the arcing stroke version of Titleist's mid-sized mallet, milled from 303 stainless with a chain-link milled Studio Carbon Steel face insert. Satin, right hand only, three lengths.

Plumber's necks have been the default on blades for decades and they do the same job here, letting the head rotate naturally through the stroke instead of being held square by the hands. What the mallet body adds is stability the blade can't manage. Golfers who like how a Newport putts but keep missing the centre should be trying something like this. The 5.5 goes further with a jet neck and strong hang if the arc is bigger.
