OC in Scotty Cameron's naming means an onset hosel, and it's what makes the Phantom 11R face-balanced. The head is the largest in the Phantom range, high-MOI, milled from 303 stainless with no insert. Titleist pairs it with a KBS collaboration shaft and a Custom Matador grip rather than the Stepless Steel and Full Contact combination that covers the rest of the range. Three lengths, both hands.

Onset moves the shaft ahead of the face rather than behind it, which is the opposite of the offset most putters use. It reduces hang to nothing and helps a golfer who wants the face doing as little rotating as possible. Between that and the head size, this is the most stability Scotty Cameron currently sells. Anyone with a genuine arc should be looking at the plumber's neck models instead.
