Where the standard Qi4D rescue starts at 17 degrees, the Max begins at 20 and runs to 34, which reframes the whole range as iron replacement rather than long-club coverage. The head stays 106cc with a C455 stainless steel face in multi-material construction.

Nothing adjusts on this one. A bonded hosel and a sole with no ports is unusual on a 2026 TaylorMade model, and two 50 gram shafts do the stock work: KBS's REAX 50 and a REAX HL 50 for higher launch. Flexes stop at stiff. For a golfer replacing four or five irons in one go, a club that arrives set is more use than one that arrives adjustable.
