About this club

Carbon spreads further this year. TaylorMade put 43 percent more of it into the head than the previous version carried, wrapping a six layer crown and a carbon toe panel around a skeletal 9-1-1 titanium body, and the mass that frees up is what makes an MOI figure of 4420 possible on a 460cc driver. The T-Track holds 15 grams forward and 12 at the rear, both movable.

Lofts run from 8.5 up to 12 in four steps, and only the 9.5 plus the 10.5 come left-handed. An aluminium sleeve gives twelve hosel positions across four degrees. Three stock shafts divide by flight, Fujikura Pro XLR8 56 for launch, KuroKage Silver Dual Core TiNi 60 in between, HZRDUS Yellow 65 for a flatter one. It is the fitter's club of the pair. The M2 is simpler, and fixed.
